RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your new VIGOSA products as much as we loved creating them for you. Ultimately, the decision on size, style, and purchase is up to you as the customer. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want the item. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be able to use a unique code for the value of the returned item. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your item (s) for an exchange or refund. Full-priced items are valid for a refund and must be returned to our warehouse to be processed through the payment method used at the time of purchase. Sale items can't be returned.

It is important that the item (s) and any packaging, labels and tickets that the products came with are in original condition. If the items are found to have a manufacturing fault, a refund can be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges clearly stating that the items were purchased from vigosa.co.nz or any affiliate shop.

    We recommend that you return items using a traceable postage method. VIGOSA will not be responsible for packages that are lost during transportation. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account. Please note VIGOSA is only responsible for the return cost, when the product has been effectively considered a manufacturing fault. But it will not be responsible in the case of a change of decision or an incorrect size, the cost of returning the items to our online store is borne by the customer.
