VIGOSA activewear is available in sizes Small to Large. Use the chart and measurement guide below to choose your best fit. Each product page also includes a Quick Fit Guide with garment-specific support, compression and fit information.

Fit guidance

• VIGOROUS jacquard styles: If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
• Amni Soul Eco® polyamide styles: If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
• Recycled-polyester styles: If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

How to measure

For the most accurate result, measure over minimal clothing while wearing a well-fitting, non-padded bra. Keep the tape measure level and comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight.

1. Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
2. Underbust: Measure around your ribcage directly beneath your bust.
3. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
4. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
5. Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner leg at the crotch down to your ankle.
6. Sleeve: With your arm relaxed, measure from the shoulder point down to your wrist.
