Responsibility.

VIGOSA is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. VIGOSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving a just reason (for example, not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity, etc.). We will use reasonable efforts to communicate with the buyer about the details provided with the order and all money received will be refunded using the original payment method.

Currency Used.

The designated currency used for all transactions on WWW.VIGOSA.CO.NZ is the New Zealand Dollar (NZD $) and does include GST (New Zealand National Goods and Services Tax) of 15%. This apply in any orders that contain a New Zealand address. Please note that our New Zealand point of sales only accepts digital payments with credit, debit cards or bank transaction.

Acceptance of goods.

Upon receiving the order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise for defects or damage. If the items ordered are not of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify VIGOSA as soon as possible. See our Return and Exchange Policy for more information.

VIGOSA social media policy.

Social media pages are a place of inspiration and encouragement for women around the world to live their best lives through active life. While we do our best to read and respond to as many comments as possible, please understand that sometimes this may not be the case. If your query is urgent or if you want to discuss a further matter, please contact our customer service team through our info.vigosa@gmail.com

We love if you tag images with our brand’s social media identifier (@vigosa_nz) (@myvigosa) (#myvigosa). By doing so, you give permission to VIGOSA the right of use without compensation unless otherwise agreed.

VIGOSA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove posts that it deems offensive, irrelevant, hurtful, or spam. The commercial services promotion will be removed unless prior permission has been received, you are an official VIGOSA partner or you are a non-profit organization aligned with VIGOSA’s values.

Typographical errors. 

In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, VIGOSA reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale and reject or cancel orders. VIGOSA will use reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the details provided and all money received will be refunded using the method received.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your new VIGOSA products as much as we loved creating them for you. Ultimately, the decision on size, style, and purchase is up to you as the customer. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want the item, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your item (s) for an exchange or a gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s). Sale items (except items advertised as “final sale” or “outlet”) can be returned for an exchange or a gift voucher valid for 12 months. Full-priced items are valid for a refund and must be returned to our warehouse to be processed through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

It is important that the item (s) and any packaging, labels and tickets that the products came with are in original condition. If the items are found to have a manufacturing fault, a refund can be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges clearly stating that the items were purchased from vigosa.co.nz or any affiliate shop.

    We recommend that you return items using a traceable postage method. VIGOSA a will not be responsible for packages that are lost during transportation. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account. Please note VIGOSA is only responsible for the return cost, when the product has been effectively considered a manufacturing fault. But it will not be responsible in the case of a change of decision or an incorrect size, the cost of returning the items to our online store is borne by the customer.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    Shipping Rate

    VIGOSA orders are shipped by New Zealand Courier Post. You can expect to receive your package within 2-3 business day from dispatch. For orders less than NZD$99.00, New Zealand Courier Post charges from NZD $6.00 per parcel. All orders over NZD$99.00 with a delivery location within New Zealand will receive free shipping.

    We offer for Auckland Central free delivery for order over NZD $60.00. The condition apply for a perimeter no more than 10 km from our warehouse.

    VIGOSA orders in Australia are shipped by New Zealand Courier Post. You can expect to receive your package within 3 to 10 days from dispatch. You can choose Economy shipping for NZD $16.37 or Economy tracked shipping for NZD $20.

    Delivery of order. 

    New Zealand orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days after Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any of the items in your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you by email and offer you an alternative solution or a refund.

    PROMOTION

    VIGOSA has different types of promotions, be it discount coupons, subscription coupons, direct discounts on products or outlet.

    Coupons for advertising campaigns

    In each of our advertising campaigns a coupon code changes. The reason is to identify where our customers are coming from. Each coupon issued by these advertising campaigns has an expiration date, so once its launch time has expired, it is obsolete. The time in which it can be used is made explicit in the channel where it was advertised.
    These coupons are only valid for use on our website and these coupons cannot be used at any of our affiliates.

    Subscription coupon.

    This coupon has a NZD $10 discount for order over NZD $50 and it is only valid through subscriptions on our website, it is sent directly to the subscribed email within 3 days. This code is individual and unique and is removed once it is used. In addition, this code has a period of one month to be used and can be applied to all our categories, including sales and outlet.

    Discounted products

    VIGOSA applies up to 20% discount on sales, more than 25% discount is considered outlet. Also it can have an extra discount depending on the type of coupon you have. (see the terms and conditions as per Promotions in the two previous points - Subscription Coupon).

    Outlet

    VIGOSA considers a discount of 25% to 30% as a Outlet. It can have an extra discount depending on the type of coupon you have. (see the terms and conditions as per Promotions in the second points - Subscription Coupon).
